At Zakynthos Tourism Services, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to be fair while also ensuring that our accommodations and service providers can plan accordingly.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to baidoczante@yahoo.gr or throughout a direct phone call to +306986537126.
Guests can cancel their reservation, but 30% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation occurs, guests will receive a voucher for the 30% deposit, which can be used for any available booking within the same or next travel season.
If the voucher is not used within two years, the amount is non-refundable.
In case of a no-show, the entire 30% booking amount is non-refundable.
Guests can modify their booking (change of dates or accommodation) subject to availability.
If the total cost of the new booking is higher than the original, the guest must pay the difference.
If the total cost of the new booking is lower, the remaining balance will be held as credit for a future stay.
Modifications must be requested at least 30 days before the check-in date.
Refunds are only applicable if a guest cancels within the eligible period.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method used during booking.
Transaction fees for refunds (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
In cases of natural disasters, government travel bans, or other force majeure events, Zakynthos Tourism Services I.K.E may offer:
A full booking credit for a future stay within the next 2 years.
Alternative arrangements based on availability.
Refund exceptions will be assessed case by case.
