As you arrive at Villa Mika, a set of stairs leads you to the main entrance. Inside, the villa is thoughtfully arranged to offer both comfort and functionality.
On the ground floor, the living room sits to the left, creating a cozy space for relaxation, while the dining area is positioned to the right. A traditional fireplace between the two spaces adds warmth and charm. Just beyond the dining area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with access to the back outdoor area. This floor also features a small bathroom and a bedroom for added convenience.
A central staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find two additional bathrooms on the left and two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom offers access to a private balcony, while the central bedroom boasts a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea.
The outdoor area of the villa is currently being enhanced to provide even more privacy and comfort. A perimeter fence with a gated entrance will enclose the property, creating a secure and private environment for guests. Additionally, a private swimming pool is under construction, ensuring a perfect setting for relaxation. The property also offers convenient parking for two vehicles—one inside the garage and another in the outdoor space.

A: Use the booking form to enter your travel dates. The system will show availability and the total cost for your stay.
A: Yes, a deposit 0f 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.
A: Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason. However, 30% of the total amount paid is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs, our support team will contact you to provide a voucher equal to the 30% amount already paid.
This voucher can be used for any accommodation of your choice within the next three years. If you make a new reservation and the total cost is higher or lower , the 30% amount will be deducted, and you’ll only pay the remaining balance (e.g., if your new booking is €3,000 but you already pay to us 500 € from your old booking ,you’ll pay €2,500 after applying the €500 voucher).
Please note that if the voucher is not redeemed within three years, the amount becomes non-refundable
